Homemade Sugar Free Crepes Recipe

As I recently have a little time, I was looking on the internet a few days ago. Trying to find new, stirring tips, inspiring meals that We have never tried before, to impress my loved ones with. Searching for quite some time unfortunately couldn’t come across too many interesting things. Just before I thought to give up on it, I ran across this tempting and simple dessert by chance. It seemed so yummy on its photos, that required quick actions.
It had been not difficult to imagine the way it’s created, how it tastes and just how much my husband will probably love it. Mind you, it is rather easy to impress the guy when it comes to desserts. Anyway, I got into the page: SunCakeMom and used the step-by-step instuctions that had been accompanied by nice shots of the method. It really makes life much simpler. I can imagine that it is a bit of a inconvenience to take pics down the middle of baking in the kitchen as you may normally have gross hands so that i sincerely appreciate the hard work she put in for making this post .
That being said I’m inspired to present my personal recipe in a similar fashion. Appreciate your the idea.
I had been fine tuning the initial mixture to make it for the taste of my family. I have to tell you it was a great outcome. They prized the flavour, the structure and enjoyed having a treat like this during a lively week. They basically demanded lots more, many more. Thus the next occasion I am not going to make the same miscalculation. I am likely to multiply the volume .

Here’s how you can have irresistible homemade crepes any time:
Ingredients:
1 egg
Some butter (to put in the frying pan)
It yields 16 crepes. (If it’s too many for one eating, pop some in the freezer for next time.)
How to make them:
1. Measure flour and milk. Put them in a medium size bowl.
2. Crack the egg separately in a cup. Just in case eggshell drops into the cup you can fish it out” easier. It still happens to me sometimes. 😂
3. Pour egg into the bowl, too.
4. Start mixing ingredients together. Then slowly pour soda water in, too.
5. Keep mixing until you get a smooth mixture like this:
6. Heat medium size frying-pan over medium-high heat. And melt butter in a cup, as well.
7. Brush some melted butter onto frying-pan before you scoop the batter with ladle into it.
8. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
10. Loosen and flip it over to the other side.
11. Cook the other side for another minute.
12. Fill with fruit jam, chocolate spread, or cream.
